Customers will pay a fee for a plan of minutes that can be used via Instant Meeting for 30 days. The Audio conferencing Plan Minutes will be automatically renewed at the beginning of the next 30 days unless the customer cancels the service. Every plan permits customer to organize an Instant Meeting Audio conference with up to 20 participants. The total plan fee is due immediately and gives the customer the right to use up to the total number of minutes of the plan selected without any extra charge. Customers exceeding the number of minutes in their package will be charged a per-minute per connection fee based on the average charge as described in service provider’s plan. No refund or carry-over of minutes is permitted from one month to the next month. Customers will be pay for the plan of minutes via credit card on line.
